Problem to solve
People who would benefit from DigiShift call content but were not able to make the live call
Who are the users and what do they need to do
People who need expert insight and encouragement across a range of digital issues. The podcast archive means they can browse a range of topics at their own pace, and provides an alternative to long-form written guides.
We note that at present, podcast listens in general are down as many people have considerable time pressure. But we will promote the podcast though the summer as it has lasting value
